drumlin 鼓丘,冰堆丘来自爱尔兰语droim, 背,山脊。-lin, 小词后缀。鼓丘是上世纪50年代的地理学界的错误翻译,虽然有学者指出这一错误,但是由于以讹传讹,已经固化为专有名词。
